The process started and got to 80% completion and stopped with an error code 30102-13 (1603), so I clicked on retry and got another error code 30015-13 (255) plus a message ‘If another install is running wait for it to finish and try later’. I tried all the usual stuff and nothing worked, so went to Programs and Features in Control Panel right clicked on Microsoft Office 2016 Pro Plus and selected ‘Repair’. My Office 2016 Outlook was acting up and kept failing on Send/Receive.
